In each post you're talking about different stuff and it is really hard to understand what you're talking about.
If try to understand what you mean you're writing other stuff then....
Please tell us what your current problem is.
What server software is installed on your server? And which version of it?
Also share your plugin list and your server log using the share button on https://aternos.org/log

I didn't use spigot server now and now I have another problem.. my server randomly timed out and took forever to RESTART I'm start to done with aternos now.. i will use another website to open server soon if both problems is not fixed..

This is a snapshot server and not a plugins server.
To get plugins working you need a software which supports plugins, like spigot or bukkit.
Go to the software page and install a plugin software.

I know right.. it is spigot 1.8.8 but Idk why it is shown up as 1.14 snapshot..
are you sure that it is a 1.8.8 spigot?
i see it like it is 1.14 snapshot and as most people know snapshots is very unstable

Well, I just can't open spigot server or glowstone server even with plugins or without plugins

Check the server log. Probably one of the plugins is crashing while your server starts
