Both logs seem to have literally no information, neither even mention you trying to log in, does the server stay online or does it crash as soon as started?

Also I don't see any attempts being made by the server to load any mods, I use forge so I don't know if your system is different but the log you gave me just looks like a vanilla server startup log. If the server stays online when started then maybe try connecting to it with a vanilla client and see if that works?

As someone who uses forge if I get a problem then the first thing I do is do it all in baby steps.

Start with a fresh install of forge with no mods, start the server and see if it starts. Then you can either try adding mods one at a time and seeing if it starts each time, or removing mods and seeing which one makes everything work

Nothing in that log even indicates a bigger problem than lag, you'll very often get server overloaded messages as Aternos is trying to split their limited hardware between all users and give everyone a good experience, just that message doesn't indicate a problem so I think whatever is disconnecting you is a separate issue, are there any more logs than that one?

Still not really a stupid idea though, I miss galacticraft (I use a custom set of mods so I can't have it) and honestly wish there was an easier way. The closest idea I could come up with is a trusted users program, have a handpicked small selection of Aternos volunteers with in depth coding knowledge that could manually verify mod/plugins outside of their existing sources. That would still require Aternos staff time to find such users, do all sorts of interviews.... A lot of work basically, but would possibly allow for the most requested mods, plugins and such a chance

Check there isn't something 3rd party blocking ads, for example on Android phones there isn't an available browser extension to block ads so they use a VPN? I believe, and that VPN blocks the ads before they get to your phone. Basically put, if it's not something obvious, and incognito mode doesn't fix it, check there isn't a VPN app messing with something. The reason for loading pages in incognito mode is to ensure that extensions don't load up, however that can also be changed by a knowledgeable user or program. This covers a small percentage of problems possible but worth checking nevertheless

Ive tried using flans mod but couldn't get it to work (nothing to do with Aternos) but through that struggle I found Minecraft Transport Simulator which has cars and planes packs which do work with Aternos (use them in my Aternos server) but I don't know if they fulfill all of your requirements as I know flans mod adds a lot more than cars and planes

I don't work for Aternos but I've had an account since 2014 so I've picked up some useful information over the years

From what I've seen, you need to look for mods or plugins from what they call reputable sources, that means somewhere like curseforge (example for mods as that's what I use) because when curseforge (ect) hosts a mod or plugin, they do their own verification to make sure they aren't distributing a bitcoin miner ( or some other malware ) to their users.

Aternos relies on things like this to keep their own security budget small and as such can't afford the risk of adding something that could compromise their whole system, if you can do some research and find out where Aternos sees as reputable for plugins, then convince the creator of the plugin to try and have it hosted there (easier said than done) you have an easy chance to convince them to add it eventually, without that, I seriously doubt they'll take that risk no Matter how many people ask about it

This is from my limited knowledge as a user, I don't work for Aternos but I've had an Aternos account since 2014 and have picked up some useful info that might help.

A lot of what you seem so be asking for is really difficult to implement the way Aternos has to for security and as much as they can has already been implemented in the best way they can.

Most premium servers Allow FTP access, with this you can do just about anything (including things you really should do like uploading a bitcoin miner for instance) but they can afford that risk because you're paying more for the hardware than it'd cost if you did something you shouldn't, that and you have an allotted "amount" of server that you are sold, it would be difficult to exceed that limit.

Now here's where Aternos is different, they have a limited amount of hardware (whatever their ad money can afford) and FAR more users than they can support with their hardware all at once, not only that, but every user is equal, there's no premium plans so they have to squeeze the room for your server from their limited hardware

The TL:DR point is that if they have to spend more money on security, they have less for hardware, so if they can rely on outside sources ( like curseforge ) then that money they save goes on hardware and a better experience for the most users possible, but sadly that means that they have to Sacrifice the features that would give us the most customisation like FTP access, because sadly such features are too easily abused by potential wrongdoers

Yeah, internet speed doesn't seem to be the issue there for definite, the next step I've seen all the engineers try is a trace route to traceroute.aternos.me (I think, not 100% sure if that's the correct address)

I don't work for Aternos so I can't tell you any more data than that really but those are the first 2 things to try, after that I always reach out to the support team with a ticket but it helps to mention that you have at least tried those 2 things so they can cross them off the list

Without more information I couldn't give you a better answer, I also don't know how close the nearest Aternos server warehouse would be to you, however running a speed test on your internet line could help see if there's any problems there

Go to https://www.speedtest.net/ and run a broadband speed test, if you get significantly less than 5Mbps download 0.5Mbps upload then that's definitely the problem

Im pretty sure you can switch without issue but backup and download a copy of your world file just to be extra safe, I use forge and mods but was able to switch forge versions without deleting my world, and that's kinda the same thing? Can't go wrong if you also download a copy too, always backup your world:)

    whait a bit.
do u wanna say u had fixed this porblem? I have these lags too and I want to play Thaumcraft normaly.
can you write to me how did you done with it? i will be very glad to you! <3

i think that they removed an extension for just enough items compatibility with thaumcraft 6, try updating to a newer version
