Is it a modpack available from the software page or are you re-creating a modpack that isn't on that page?

I don't know what country you're in or when you're trying to start your server compared to what load is already on it but in my general experience I rarely have to wait more than 2 minutes? Sometimes a full 5 minutes? Never 45, even if you include the time it takes to actually boot the server, which with its 40 odd mods takes 5~10 ish minutes roughly?

I've had my account since 2014 ish so I don't know if that affects anything but back then I think I used to have 20 minute wait times from what I remember

Try using the command to give yourself a spawn egg for a villager, that might work?

Is Your server forge?

I know most about forge, it's what I use

If so you have to install the mods through the web interface, you can't upload any for security reasons, they rely on curseforge for secure hosting, also means that you can't have the mod unless it's from curseforge or in a modpack

They rely on curseforge, so it's about what's on curseforge, unless curseforge has a newer version then they can have it here

It might be a good idea to find out if anyone even uses them and if not have a moderator remove them

I've done some reading, although for some reason the author hasn't put it on curseforge themselves, curseforge allow adding of non- curseforge mods to their site link https://authors.curseforge.com…/3279-non-curseforge-mods

Would having it hosted this way allow it to be added to the server or does it have to be considered a curseforge mod?

Thanks for the reply, if it were possible to find a copy distributed by curseforge or convince them to host it, would you then be able to add it to the list of forge mods?

Also if you know any pointers about doing such that aren't common knowledge would be helpful too

Hello, I'm trying to install galacticraft on my server with a custom set of other mods, I'm only really interested in galacticraft and I'm hoping I can download it on its own without adding too much else as I already use a custom set of mods which has quite a lot of mods in it.

Any help or workaround ideas would be greatly appreciated
