I want to be able to use my ip to connect to the server but it only works if i use the dyn ip please help

I just started making a server for Bedrock and it was all going well until i tried to add my hub world. The server wont start. it will go through the queue but as its starting it will crash. I tried with a random generated map and it worked just fine. I'll link the map to help.
