While your text explains why you have to request mods it doesn't explain why we don't add this specific mod
I don't know if that is the main problem but this plugin requires an additional port for the voice server which is not possible because all other ports are blocked -
You can change the folder for every profile in the official launcher this will also change where the mods are loaded from

The software is developed by mojang and other 3rd parties.
