It needs to host a web server. If all those run on the same port that will cause problems
Ressource packs can be added externally by setting a ressourcepack url in the options

You can replace the 1.15.2 with every version since 1.14.3 or snapshot
vanilla does not seperate the nether into a wormd called "world_nether" it saves that data in the DIM-1 Folder in your main world
