Forge disappeared after restoring a vanilla world

So I created a 1.14.3 vanilla map then changed to 1.14.4 and tried to install forge like the aternos video tutorial. But When I go to softwere and forge, it says reinstall and when I do that my world get deleted and when I restore it from the google drive backup forge disapers (the mods and files tabs). My world is 300MB so I don't want to loase it and I rether have a solution that dons't involve upload from my pc.

My problem seans like this guy's thread but I don't thing it has a solution

My problem is that I can't convert my vanilla map to a modded/forge one. Is that a thing can I do that or not?

Yes, thats rigth. And againg that doesn't solve my problem man. I have the bkp on the google drive, when I restore it after reinstaling forge the mods and file tab are gone. so I don't think making my world smaller and restoring the bakup are gone make any diference.

Looke at the other thread. Can't you what the Roman did? it looks like it soves the problem for the other guy

Hi Men, It worked, I downloaded the world and used the tutorial to get under the 200MB Gap and then upload It again.
