world generation is done on the server but the client still needs to render the chunks

the server is just still starting. thats a normal thing forge does during startup.
once it shows online on the website click refresh in the game.

how did you check if they are installed?

are they not in the files section?

or do they just not appear ingame

I dont understand how the installer got in there at all

(it redirects to essentials because he read and copied that :D)

your forge installer shouldnt be in the mods folder

does that happen on vanilla?

for it to update you need to start your server

Remove scp

share your client log

remove the forge files from his mods folder.

i cant even find it on google

that doesnt work because plugins are .jars
