First off you asked for view distance, wich you propably want to increase. You cant do that but if you use papermc aternos will do that.

Second off that mob spawning is a mojang bug wich i also exprienced. This bug only exists in 1.14.3 and 1.14.4 so downgrading to 1.14.2 helps there. Idk if it will be fixed in 1.15 ask that mojang, but why wait for that if there is an immediate fix.

The file structure is incorrect.

It should be zip/the pack files not zip/the pack folder
