1.these arent errors they are warnings
2.looks like the log wasnt shared correctly (it has about 4000 lines)

Disagreed. Some people including me like to keep their list of mods or plugins private, sincerely because if people can easily know the plugins I use, they could also copy my server.
For mods that's stupid tho

I can tell you that you cant get it back but idk why it disappears.
Use auto backups from now on
