Well maybe I havent made this clear, I havent mentioned anything about me not being dexterous of manipulating the ram I received in orded to get the best performance, rn you're stating that ram with 50+ plugins and 10 players would be enough and I know that. While what I really meant in my feedback, wasn't just for the ram, couple things.
Well be honest, haven't you faced issues like not being able to turn on your server, or waiting 5 - 15 mins to just launch your server stuck with -Loading...- or -Starting...- dun tell me that it's my own issue, I customised my server very well.
Haven't you at least once tried to launch your server and woah you did but luckily you cant join due to how laggy it was while no one is already on the server and you have a lot less plugins than 50?
All plugins highly customised, perfectly matching with your version, forced to use paper on 1.13.2 and still getting bad host?
Okay let me assume that you have faced none of those I mentioned, and as you mentioned aternos reply with the same thing over n over just cuz it's the true thing, alright mate, isn't it weird, like they all agree this is the best aternos yet the worst? They should take actions, either it's something they figured out or a new system or whatever, the only concept here wasnt for the ram as you might have thought, I'm just asking for a better host, and I already acknowledged up there that the host has too many users, ngl my friends have accounts they no longer use while it's being count as one of the proudly earned 11M users, that's why Iasked for an auto deletion, having a high number of users to show how good the aternos host is, isnt actually a good idea, but having a high number of users yet giving more space for new users and old active users to get better hosting performance, that's the wanted thing. I really appreciate the aternos hard working, but give it a time think about it in case it might cause any err, and come up with the best new update where it would be much more better than how it used to be, all the love for aternos and aternos staff team 
well yes from the subject you can already to tell how bad this minecraft server host is, not by any means showing hatred towards aternos but indeed towards the service they give, I mean I've seen lots of other threads sharing the same concept of mine and what the staff' reply was just all about ignorance not even showing interest about it or thinking about it, at least if put a good fixed number of ram to everyone and have an auto server deletion for servers that havent gone online for like 6 months or so, to give opportunity or even a probability of being able to add ram, I mean yes 'you didn't like the service, leave it' I understand so, but so far this is the best host, while term best here is rated over the free hosts not the paid, so pretty much best worst one, if that makes sense.
I mean I acknowledge how hard it is but like, have something that really motivates users to keep up with you, either it is ram increasement, hosting improved performance, or any other thing that actually motivates live users to keep up with you. It's open for every1 taht might be the reason it is bad? Okay feature an auto deletion like I said, would be the best to free up space and increasing ram for users.
Staff are showing no interest in feedbacks, just replying with the same thing always, dwindling everything down wont be good for either us or aternos, so better to try and fix, I hope you take that into consideration and star showing actions cuz we really need a better performance for the only good free host out there, I hope I wont get an air -head reply of the same thing we see everytime.

Hello aternos.
Earlier I have requested a plugin to be added which is NPCLib and I really went joyous when it was added, but I tried installing the plugin and it didn't seem to work. Basically it doesn't get extracted out of the .jar file which really irritates me. I tried switching from Paper to Spigot and it didn't work, the plugin is updated to work from 1.7 up to 1.14.
May I ask for a favour and I'll appreciate accepting it (any1), try installing the plugin NPCLib and tell me either it'll work or not.
I'm pretty sure it's a thing with aternos not with me, if so, I'd really ask for a fast fix cuz I need it asap and I would be dead grateful if aternos helped.

Description: a simple lightweight yet powerful NPC plugin, I saw a similar Plugin called [API] NpcLib added but it's outdated and old, this plugin would drastically make difference to those who are having issues with the plugin Citizens as I myself do.
It's 1.8 -1.14 supporting plugin which really clarifies how calibre this plugin is, I opine having this plugin wouldn't just make me glad but will indeedly help out a lot of Aternos users.

just so I can be sure, can I use datapacks using this method while having Plugins as the software my server uses?
In single player you put datapack into the world folder which is located in the saves folder.
For a server it works the same way with the only difference that you download your world from our website
and can I re-upload the world , with the datapack?
yea I did try both and they both have got the same issue.
I'd really like to know if this issue is happening with every1 or just me cuz my friend had the same issue with spigot as well
I installed Citizens v2.0.24 as well as Vault version 1.7.2 and the commandNPC v.1.9.1 plugin.
Sadly it manifests the same err on the logs. I really need that plugin it's so crucial to my server to be included.

I for sure know about those 2 possible solutions, and I tried the 1st with a former 1.13.2 version as well and it didn't work, the thing is, some users have it working all fine, have I missed something?

I've been facing an issue which really has been confusing me, I installed Citizens but whenever I execute any command related to Citizens I get an error with the following statement 'An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command', tho I once used it and it worked with the typical version of paper I'm using right now. I'm using paper 1.13.2 and I downloaded Citizens the latest 1.13.2 version. I'm pretty sure everything is managed correctly.
Just as I install the plugin, without performing any changes in on the config, I get this annoying error, I'd really be on cloud nine if I got a fast reply back with a fix to this err. I'm really looking forward to a fast reply, I'd appreciate having a hand.
