The "DynIP", full name "Dynamic IP" is the actual global IP address of your server on Aternos. It is randomly generated every time the server starts up (the only exception being when the "Restart" button is pressed in the admin panel, then the DynIP is unchanged from the previous startup).
To find your server's Dynamic IP, go to your server's page, in the "Server" menu. While the server is online, there is a button with the word "connect" with the icon of an electrical plug. Press this, and you will be able to see your Dynamic IP.

While your text explains why you have to request mods it doesn't explain why we don't add this specific mod
I don't know if that is the main problem but this plugin requires an additional port for the voice server which is not possible because all other ports are blocked
I figured as much.
I've had experience with Cracked servers, and they seem to have more overall lag than premium servers. That, or it was just the server's mod selection. I dunno.
Anyway, legal installations are better to work with anyway because then you can't have people impersonating staff and abusing etcetera.
Premium is the right choice for more situations, primarily because Cracked clients are considered piracy, which is illegal.

Hello Aternos administration team,
I'd like to request that the mod known as "Custom Quests" be added to Aternos' approved mod index. As I don't currently have access to Custom NPCs in 1.14.4 due to that version being unreleased as of right now (and I have no idea if it will be released any time soon), this mod will allow me to add a questing system - albeit a scuffed incomplete one - to my Minecraft servers that run Forge 1.14.

I can fully understand why it's unsupported: It's unsafe for both Aternos and its users.
Aternos deliberately does not allow file uploads and requires a restricted list of mods, plugins, and modpacks to prevent anyone from uploading potentially malicious files to their system or something of that caliber. Aternos does not want that in any way, shape, or form. As a 100% free, ad-funded service, they host millions, probably even billions of Minecraft servers, and they don't want them all getting erased because a single server is successfully tricked into running a database-wiping file or two.
While I don't know how that'd even work, or even if it works that way at all, let's just leave it at that and move onto a more important point:

I've seen this exact same problem on this topic:
If you're playing Cracked, I'd suggest just buying a legitimate version of the game.
EDIT: Oh wait, you are using a legitimate version. Huh, that's confusing
Also verify that the Aternos server is set to be a cracked server.
The simplest solution is to simply buy a legitimate copy of the game. Regardless of legitimacy you'll be able to play on Cracked servers, however I can see you obviously don't want to do that.
In the meantime, I'd suggest double-checking your server whitelist and allocating additional GB of RAM to your game by some way or another.
If none of these work, it's probably one of your mods causing the issue. Or you just need to actually buy Minecraft. Sorry, can't help more than that, don't have enough information and I don't speak Javanese.
