I don't know if the spawn protection only affects the main world or all wordls.
That may also depend on the multiworld plugin you use.
You can also protect it manually using worldguard or something like this.

you don't need plugin to do that. In https://aternos.org/options, you can see an option called "Spawn Protection"

It will install EssentialsXAntiBuild wich will block all non op players from building.
just install it in the plugins section
