It depends. 16 People in itself probably wont lag it out so bad provided your using things like PaperMC and lagclear plugins.
However, all the servers are in europe so that may affect the performance that you feel

Have you tried unzipping it first?
Are the DIM folders in the folder?

Perhaps give them different names? Just because its really confusing to have them the same

or is that intentional?
