About the non-aternos thing (I cant quote on phone xD): okay, so perhaps it only shows if you press share, from aternos.org. Yes, it's not perfect but it would (I think) work.
I do not understand what you mean by reading the raw log, surely you just look at the first line's timestamp and subtract it from the last lines timestamp?
And if it's just chosen by the team, how could one earn it if everything just went through the team?
And how could people get the tickets role? Would it just be a reaction role? If it is why is that any better than #support? It just seems harder to moderate and keep track of.

About the ticket thing: Does that mean only mods can answer? Then how is anyone gonna get mod if they can't help, and once all the mods quit, who's gonna help?
About the levelling system: I'm with Bluewy (is that your name now?) on this one, its a community. I could probably tell you everyone who's active (at least during European day-time), why do we need a bot to tell us that?
