yes, wherever I go, I will keep dying from suffocated in a wall and for other players as well.

Does the same problem happen in vanilla?
Does the same problem happen on a new world?
I didn’t use any mod. I tried vanilla and this problem still exists. When I open a new world, it’s fine but everything we built were all gone. So we wish to continue to play at the old world.

Teleport yourself to another location using the console or OP yourself and do that ingame
and also even we were not close to any wall, we still suffocated in a wall???? That doesn’t make sense at all.

I have already set myself to op but still kept dying

It used to be alright. But today me and my friends joined my server and all of us kept suffocated in a wall. When we clicked the respawn button, we still died because of suffocated in a wall repeatedly. What can I do? I have already deleted some plugins.
