He meant the Aternos website, not the forums.
It's not possible to change the username on Aternos itself, but you can change your server's IP on the options page

I've been looking around on how to edit my username in aternos.org (not the forums) and I can't seem to find the way to edit my profile! I assume there is a page where you can edit your username, profile photo and that stuff, but the only thing I manage to find is a button to edit my password and another one to delete my account.
Can someone tell me a step by step guide on how to edit my username please?
