No, when i've uploaded the file with my phone everything went fine, but with the pc it gave, and still gives me the error 198

I've managed to upload the world with my phone, it was around 40mb and it was a .zip file.
It gave me error 198.

I figured out the world, but now I have a different problem, I can’t upload the world to the server, it stops at 60-70% and gives an error 198
I haven’t seen such an error anywhere and I was not able to search for information
