We just provide the files provided by dev.bukkit.org or spigotmc.org
I understand, I was just recommending that you either remove those two versions of the plugin from the list or replace the files with the correct ones. Sorry for the misunderstanding and thank you again for the help.
The installed citizens version and the version of spigot seem to be not compatible
Thank you for the help, Roman. I did some troubleshooting myself and I found that every other version of citizens works perfectly with Aternos, except for the two versions with the same name: 2.0.24 (MC 1.10-1.13.2). Whenever I try to run these two versions I get an error, even if I'm running the right version of spigot. I'd suggest either deleting these two versions or trying to fix them.

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue creating NPCs using the Citizens plugin. I'm pretty sure I'm using the right version of the plugin, and I'm running Minecraft 1.13.2. Here's the error in the log, I'm afraid it all looks like Chinese to me.

Hello guys, I have a pretty simple plugin request.

Description: Allows you to roll various types and amounts of dice all within the chat. It has not been updated for some time but as it relies solely on chat I am confident that it will work on every version. I've used it on a server running 1.14. and it worked fine.
