There is no way I can retrieve the old world files even from my minecraft folders?

I created my server in August last year, I didn't use it for about 5 months or so and when I went back to the Aternos site it was gone.

So the world is gone?

I made an aternos server in July of 2019. I took a break for a few months and recently went back to Aternos but I was signed out. I didn't sign up with an email and I don't remember my username since it was almost a year ago. But I still have the IP. Is there a way to get it back?
