if your computer is less than 7 years old, you can run a virtual pc, if you cant use any application to do so, just try google's cloud service

Win 10 is pretty glitchy with the /give command, you can just remotely control a pc that runs Win 7 or 8 without having to buy another pc

Setblock doesn't always work. If you're going to use a command block to have a permanent command always running, I would just recommend you typing the command in chat
