Any ideas on why I'm getting removed from my server?

Hey guys please help. im done dealing with such problem like me getting kicked out of my server. i checked the console
it says that my server is running 46ticks off consistent, it was all fine a few hours ago being 46ticks or so behind but now i keep getting kicked for it?

What is there that i can do? Is it router/internet problem? wifi slow? server lag? aternos lag? or what else
PLEASE HELP

Im thankful for the service aternos have given me through this lockdown period. i was able to enjoy minecraft with my relatives and friends but

its no fun getting kicked all the time

** btw its only me that is getting kicked, my other friends are staying in the server (and im the host (if this information is any useful)
