Can't access files while server is running

It says file not found. the url I am on is https://aternos.org/files/ and even when I do https://aternos.org/files/plugins or https://aternos.org/files/spigot.yml

But if I want to move my server to another version it completely resets

So the only way going about it is not using skript or resetting the server?

Also what do you think the latest version that skript works on?
