If the account owner is not able to access his account, no.
Is there any way the team could help her access her account though?

Hi! My best friend made a server in January and gave me and another friend access to it. My friend who made it lost access to her account and can’t figure how to get back it, as she’s tried almost everything. We both agreed that the other friend who has access to it should be removed, but since she can’t log into her account, we can’t remove the other friend. Is there anything else we could try to remove our other friend from the friend access?
