Here is the more knowing stuff answer :P. https://help.aternos.org/en/upload. Also make sure that your map is exactly packed like this: map.zip/mapname/datastuff. Also try to rename your zip name and and the order
world

Next time use "." and "," please. Essentials has a item ban function which works really great, so I don't know your problem.
