I would like you to add these plugins:
Player Tutorials: This plugin allows the player to see some tutorials, except having admin explain to them.

Join Effect: This plugin allows admin to give a player potion effects, when they first join.
This could be useful if they need to get somewhere fast. You then could give them: (speed, jump boost, etc..)

Soup Sign: This plugin allows you to fill chests infinitely with soup, which is useful in: (PVP, Kitpvp, PotPVP.)

Item Join: This plugin allows admin to give items to players, so they have something to start with.
Really useful for starting a survival, factions server.

Send Items: This plugin allows you to trade and send items to other people.
This is really useful when a player is far away, and you can just do /send <Player> <Amount> send players items.

Ticket Manager: This plugin allows players to send a ticket to a admin to report a hacker, bug in the server, etc..
