The creator of that plugin moved the download to an external site, our system is therefore not able to download the plugin anymore.

Do other versions work?
Can you provide a link to the plugin you're talking about?
I tried installing the 2.3.9-RC and 2.3.7-Stable, both versions didn't work.

When I tried installing SaberFactions, it doesn't show up in the plugin folder.
