The server will be online as long as someone is inside your server, plus you don't run the server on your pc, so no problem if you leave / close the browser / shut down your pc

It could also be an issue with the launcher, did you try using any other launcher (for example the official Minecraft)?

Try removing mod by mod until find the mod that is causing the issue

Make sure you have the same mods and version on your pc and your server as well. Also try deleting the config folder in %appdata%/.minecraft and restart your game

You shouldn't use a cracked launcher, better buy the game because that's an error of TLauncher which probably is because it's a cracked launcher, not the official.

Check if any other file has invalid symbols. Also what did you change before that error?
