1. The server does not update with versions, or in other words there are no other type of wooden sign, there is no netherite armor (fixable through a plugin), there is no nether, there is no end but thats more understandable, and theres so many blocks missing from normal minecraft, you can't edit banners at all, you can't even swim.
2. No command blocks, java has it, and I get it's harder for mcpe but bedrock has command blocks too

The terrain generation for mcpe servers are horrible, its literally the same biomes repeated randomly, I wish we could use a normal survival map for it but I don't really understand these type of things, something I can applaud Aternos bedrock edition servers on is how fast they can be, I used up 3,000,000+ blocks on world edit turned into air and it didn't crash at all, and loaded in only 10secs or less.
If you use pocketmine that's normal, pocketmine doesn't support mobs, redstone, command blocks, always are the same biomes and basically pocketmine is stuck on 1.112.2.
And Bedrock has all the versions, so if you want all the features of 1.16 install bedrock

It's not a bug, one version is the latest, and the another one is the recommended.

And you can't find the version 1.12.2-14.23.5.2847 because it was updated, that's why now there are two versions with the same numbers.

No, Aternos can't add plugins for pocketmine if they are not on poggit.

You don't need to create more google accounts, you can have all the backups in the same account, at least that your Drive reaches the limit storage then yes, you'll probably need another account or delete some unused backups.

Does the server say "crashed" or "stopped" after you try running it? Cause if it says "stopped" then you might just need to be ready for the server to be online and log into it right away. Otherwise if it says "crashed" check the "logs" and it should tell you the reason for the crash.
They already shared their log, and yes the server crashed, I already gave a possible solution.

There's a problem loading the end (you can check the log from line 1623-1654). Go to the world file and delete Dim1 file, it will generate again the end.

Do you have mods by themselves or modpacks?
If you use a modpack you can't access to the files, and they sent a screenshot of the mod list, that means they are using forge.

Try installing a different version of llibrary. Looks like there's a problem loading that mod.

Try reducing some mods. By the way is that a modpack or just normal mods?
They said "Using forge 1.12.2 and running the technic launcher modpack 1.12.2."

Looks like your server took too long to start and the option is try to start it again.
