MiniHud is not a plugin, it is a mod.
You can find it on CurseForge here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/minihud
The mod is not installed on servers, only on your Minecraft client.

Hi, there are several reasons why servers can have a bad performance, too many entities, mods/plugins too heavy or that are broken, etc. If you want to improve your server performance you can take a look at some of the suggestions in this article: Optimization guide for Minecraft servers and Lags.

Hi, that's not possible. You have to access the website to see the ads, that's the only way Aternos gets money.
Although they are bots or plugins to know when the server is online, e.g. DiscordSRV allows you to link your server to Discord and you can get the chat, console, and more.
