As the title says it would be good and useful to add an hyperlink to the suggested mod/plugin on Aternos if it's already available. This feature could be added somewhere in the image below.
I don't know if the Aternos system would be able to do this and if it's possible it would be cool and helpful to add this to the website.

It is already possible to download/upload schematic files for plugins like WorldEdit.
Being afk for too long circumvents the Aternos system, but using farms is allowed, just don't afk.

Aternos is a free service funded through ads that are displayed in Minecraft and the website.
That's an ad by Aternos that has already been a thing for a while.

If the mod does not meet the requirements then it cannot be added.

Minecraft MOTDs don't use RGB colors. You can use a MOTD generator like https://minecraft.tools/en/motd.php
Last time someone requested it the team mentioned that there are plans of adding support for GeyserMC for Fabric but it's not on top list.
Modpacks are automatically updated but might take a few hours. Please wait until it gets updated on Aternos.
I guess it might take a few days. The Aternos team gets hundreds (probably even thousands) of requests and support tickets every day, and the team consists of 6 people, so that's why it might take longer than expected.
(Also remember it's Christmas and the team deserves vacation.)
Mods/modpacks usually take a few hours to be updated.
