Mods are very complicated, and there are lots of different reasons why they might not work as expected. We only see the same logs as you do and can only try to google for a solution. You could try reinstalling your software and mods on your client.

One of your mods is causing the problems, I'm not sure but I think the mod Upgraded Shulkers is the problem.

The mod "collective" apparently does not support Minecraft 1.18.1 (which is the version Mohist uses). You can either remove the mod or check if the mod supports 1.18.1.

Hello, this mod crashes when trying to start the server, the CurseForge page mentions that the mod is client-side only.

For example,i have a CPS popup mod that works for 1.17 and 1.18

That message means that you only need to install it on Minecraft, no need to add it to the server and the mod will still work.
