If there is no backup, then you can't recover it.

Make sure you have the same version of the mod on your pc and your server as well, I recommend the newest version of the Origins mod.

Hola, as far as I know, the error you got about the forge thing is caused by the version, but in your case could be also caused by TLauncher. I would recommend using the Official Launcher of Minecraft. (you should also check the version of Forge)

Explain better your problem, and Citizens is already added, if you meant the paid one, then it can't be added.
