Share your client log
1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. send the link here

The only way to get your files back is using backups (https://aternos.org/backups), if you don't have then you cannot recover them.

You can't add/edit mods to a modpack.

That error means that they don't have access to what they are trying to do. Check again what permissions you gave them.

Hm you're welcome, I guess

Does the same occur if you delete the config folder located on your minecraft installation path? If the problem persists share your client log.

1. Share your log using the share button on the log page.
2. What error message do you get when you try to connect?

Hello. I've recently found out that if I change my skin, people using tlauncher can't see it but people using paid Minecraft can. Is there any way for them to be able to see my changed skin? We also have the SkinRestorer plugin.
That sounds more like a TLauncher issue, as far as I know, SkinRestorer doesn't work properly with TLauncher.

You don't have the mod immersiveengineering on your pc or you don't have the same version of that mod

Not sure but I think LocketteX is causing it, please make a backup and try removing it, if the problem persists, another plugin might be causing the error.

First, I recommend you don't use TLauncher, it's an illegal, bugged and not secure launcher. Better buy the game.
And that means that your Minecraft username is too long or includes invalid symbols.

Did you click save after editing the file? Was the server offline or online when you edited it? Did you try a different browser?
