Your server was deleted for inactivity, read this: Data retention of server data.
And if you just have one backup, then you just made one backup before your server got deleted.

I don't know which "update of the website" you mean. Also, backups can't get deleted randomly or due an issue related to Aternos, the only way is if someone deletes them manually, that's the only way.

Hi, if you want to delete all the data of a player, just go to the playerdata folder and delete the file with the name of the UUID of the player, then go to the advancements folder and delete the file with the same UUID.

Your log doesn't show the server has crashed. It only shows that you are joining and leaving. Please share it again after the server crashed.

If you are sure a mob is crashing your server, you can use the command: /kill @e[type=!player] to kill all the entities except the players, or /kill @e[type=InsertTheNameOfTheMobHere]
