Nope, as a matter of fact, i didn't. The only thing i did was log out of my account so i could log into another one. today i logged back into the account with the survival world, and all the files were gone, including the world, our items, our level...
So me and my friend had a forge server, because we had started a survival world with mods a few weeks ago. (like 2 ig.) and on 30th of july, this thursday, at around 8 pm, i logged out of my account, as i wanted to log into another one (so i can start another server of mine). but... today, when i logged back, literally everything we've built, all the files and everything was lost. All the data was lost. I didn't download the map to my computer, as I didn't think the data would be deleted if i log out of the server for a day or so. I don't know what happened because i know that on other sites, the server deletes after 1 month if you don't play on it. But i didn't think it was the case for aternos..I also didn't have backups turned on, so I don't know what to do and i'm scared because we worked a lot on that server, built an entire jungle base, a mansion, hidden labs and we were ready to show some of our other friends the world. I honestly am so lost and don't know what to do. Is there any way i can get my world back? Please, I don't know what to do and I don't want to lose it because we worked a lot. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and i just don't know what to do. so please, if you know how to help, do it. I'm desperate...

Tell her to share her client logs:
1. open your minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. send the link here

I tried, but it didn't work. Anyways i fixed it (i think) but i have another issue now
Alright so I got my server up and running, but only I can join it. My friend cannot join, whenever she tries to, it says "Failed to synchronize registry data from server, closing connection". This error occured to my friend and to me a few hours earlier, but on another server. I just made another server (the one i have right now) and i fixed it, so it isn't crashing anymore. My friend has the correct mod list, the same as mine, but it doesn't work for her. And I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me? I really need help. I don't know what to do because i've never been confronted with this error before, i don't know what's causing it nor how it can be solved. Pleaaaaaase help me

So today I tried to create a minecraft server with forge, because me and my friend wanted to play some modded survival. So i did, i created the server and i put all of the mods and it was all good. By the way, I use forge 28.2.0 (1.14.4) and i have 13 mods installed, 12 without optifine. The reason why it seems to be crashing is because of this: (i keep getting this message as an error seconds before it crashes)

Althought i'm not sure why, because all I did was stop the server, and generate another world with a seed that me and my friend had chosen. Before resetting the world the server and the mods worked, but after i did that, the server crashed, so i started it again, hoping it was just some unsignificant error that might solve by itself. But then i started it for one more time and it crashed at "Loaded 1231 advancements". The first time it crashed, it happened at "preparing spawn area: 12%". It had frozen and stopped there for like 3-4 minutes, then the server crashed. Can someone help? I don't know how to fix the error, nor what it means, and i couldn't find any details about it on google.
