Title. Every time I want to join I have to turn on the server, so I'm wondering if I can use auto-reconnect (wurst) to keep the server up forever.

I used to have a server in bedrock and when I logged in at aternos.org it prompted me to create a new server. I don't know why this happened.

I use vanilla 1.16.2

Did you try entering the end after your death (I suppose you died)? You sometimes can spawn before it generates so this happens.

On the worlds tab, click "upload" on the nether, and select your Nether folder
I only found the world file with 4 options: Download, Upload, Generate and Files. Do I click on "Upload" and if I choose world_nether it will upload the nether without replacing the world itself?

So I've decided to update my server to 1.16, the nether update. Unfortunately, this meant that the nether was reset to this version. So all the portals me and my friends made are now unlinked and the dimension itself has completely changed. How do I add my own nether folder? I have the original file but I don't see the option to change it. Do I need to stick with the new one? Same thing with the end dimension, which we didn't generate yet.
I guess the nether I have right now is the one that would generate if I created the world with that seed in 1.16
