I think this is how the commands work:
/blockitem ban __GLOBAL__ (item) : bans an item from all worlds
/blockitem unban (item) : unbans an item from the dimension your in.
Running /blockitem ban __GLOBAL__ tnt should ban tnt from all worlds.

Download your worldYou can download your world on the "worlds" page: https://aternos.org/worlds/ Just select a world and click on "Download". After that, a zip archive with your…support.aternos.org -
Then install a security plugin like https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/fastlogin.14153/ .

For the first link, they say this:

The second link may not actually ban items correctly.

LuckPerms would probably be better, because it has a web editor, and works very well. LuckPerms is also highly rated as the best permissions plugin out there.

It is on Forge (https://aternos.org/addons/a/curseforge/platypuses), but not on Fabric on the Aternos plugin list.
