The max that a server can take to start is around 10 minutes, if your server takes more than that, the most probably is that it will crash, that happened so yeah, reducing some mods and plugins might help.
I started it and it didn't crash, I think I have to try some times until it opens, Thanks

I had already joined to the server and it didn't crash, i will try to delete some mods and plugins

Try removing some of your mods, one by one and see if that works.

Skins don't work with cracked. If it does on the other server it probably has a plugin or something causing that, or your client

You installed ThutTech which depends on ThutCore. Did you also install the dependency?
I deleted that mod and it's dependences, now I have another problem, when I try to join my server it says "Failed to synchronize registry data, closing connection", how can I fix it to play on my server
