I play on a 1.17 aternos server and want to know if spawn chunks are always active/loaded just like in single player. Also can I build farms in them and will they always be active when I'm not nearby?

My friend used t launcher or something and put my username so when he logged onto my aternos server he logged in as me.

And he threw my stuff in lava

so is there a plugin to prevent this
