My friend used t launcher or something and put my username so when he logged onto my aternos server he logged in as me.
And he threw my stuff in lava 
so is there a plugin to prevent this

The best solution is turning off cracked option. When cracked is enabled, it disables the mojang authentication system, so everyone can join with your mc username, get your inventory, and if you are op they are also op.

Any cracked-illegal launcher can do that. That's why I recommend you turn off cracked. But if you need it enabled, install a plugin for /register.
