I'm in the same situation. I played all year with TLauncher in aternos servers and never had this error, so is it TLauncher tho?
Erase your local .minecraft folder,then check again with Technic launcher
If you do this, you'll lose all your character's stuff, right?

I was playin like 2h ago with mi gf in our private server and then we had to stop for lunch, then we tryied to get back to the server and it's giving us both this error:
