now its also crashing, heres the log, no clue what the issue is because i cant read code

What exactly did you do to optimize your server?
not much since i cant seem to find anything to do, the articles you cited dont seem to troubleshoot anything, just label the problems. but we are already at minimal mods, so im not sure what i can do about that other than completely remove them

the server also appears to have one bar in the join menu

also i should mention i am running solid 60 fps with no mobs at all, we disabled to see if it would help but nope, still teleporting all over the place

i checked them out but there arent any changes i could really make in terms of the stuff theyre listing. i have good internet, i did remove voxelmap but it didnt do anything, still lagging but its definitely server lag, also no issues in my log

i play with my husband and i have no lag in singleplayer, i dont lag too much on other servers either. he has a craptop but its not him. we have MAJOR server lag. if we throw something it takes literally a whole minute to pick it up. we are on 1.16.4 and we only have 3 mods; biomes o plenty, voxelmap and double slabs. any way i can fix this?
