Do you use TLauncher?
I tried to join the server using TLauncher too but it didn't work 
. The same error (Connection timed out:No further information.)

I am using Minecraft Premium launcher .

I can't join my friends server, I even tried to join other aternos servers and I couldn't. Version 1.16.4 of Minecraft Java Edition.
Please help me.
