Thats a problem with your computer.

You can free up GPU ram by unloading resourcepacks and lowering render distance.

I noticed that no mods are loaded.
Pixelmon Generations is not installed yet in your server

Download the mod for your server, and start it again. Try playing on it too.

looks like the config folder was never built, its something that should happen when you run Pixelmon Generations for the first time.
