you can manually remove the missing registries.

First, download your world.
Then open it on singleplayer, with forge. (make sure mahoutsukai is not installed)
The game will ask you to continue with the missing registries. Click on "Yes".
After the world loads, you can now quit Minecraft and upload the world back to your server.

It does that because Aternos treats modpacks as server software.

Could you download your previous world,
install the modpack on your server,
then upload the world back?

You can download and upload worlds in the Worlds section.

That is the mod, and not the modpack.

Either way, it seems that your 'latest.log' file is not providing information regarding the latest session.

Are you using TLauncher?

We will need to know why this is happening.
Attempt to join the server, and when it fails - share your client log.

How to share your client log:
1. open your Minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the "logs" folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. send the link here
