What exactly is resetting? The whole server or just the configuration file?

If you checked the server console log you would have find out that there is a problem with your world. Download your world and try to open it in single player mode. If it works reinstall your server and then upload your world again.

We recently deleted all servers that were older than six months because we needed to make up some space. We only save the latest backup. You should have downloaded and saved the world on your computer before. I'm afraid your world is lost now.

You have to install the mod pack using the respective launcher on your own computer too.

We have got two types of servers, "live hosts" and "file hosts". If it says "world is saved" it only means it's saved on the live host where your server runs, however it's stored on the file host. Saving a world and making a backup of the world is not the same.

Du kannst auf der Mein Server-Seite eine neue Welt mit einem selbst gewählten Seed erstellen. Die alte Welt wird dabei überschrieben.
