We fetch plugins through a standardized API, and if a plugins is available through an external site it has a differently standardized interface again, or maybe no interface at all – that's why we can't fetch plugins from external sources.

We really like the idea to combine plugins and mods ourselves, but at the moment it is technically not possible. Currently, there is no stable updated software that would enable us to combine plugins and mods. SpongePowered could make this possible in future, but that software is still in development and they would also have to provide an API so we can easily integrate everything into our ecosystem.

It is not possible to access the crash logs, but the server log should be enough anyway. If you analyze the whole server log you should find the real reason why it crashed. Probably caused by misconfigured plugins or by a corrupted world.

It is not possible to reset the end other than reinstalling the whole server. You can download and save your world, reinstall your server and then upload your world again, then you should have a new end world.
