Probably your server crashes then. Check the server console log to find out why exactly this happens.

I'm asking that if it will take longer to start the first time, then the next time it will start quicker and so on, guessing you didn't just take up a lot more space between starts
It should always be the same, we try to start every server as fast as possible.

But now after I tried to put in the feed the beast direwolf20 modpack it now kicks all the players off the server after like 5 minutes
Is it possible to join the server again after this happens?

@LegiaBro, I reactivated your account. Next time just reinstall your server or create a new world, you don't have to delete your account for that.
