I couldn't make it work either. I guess it's a problem of the mod pack. Maybe it works when overall network usage is low (at night in Europe).

MorePlayerModels2 added. Mind that this plugin requires a client side mod to work.

You have to use a chat manager to be able to use prefixes and suffixes etc.

It's the page where you manage your server. There you scroll down until you find the console button. Click on that button and the console will open.

You should check for error messages and fix these errors.

Did you reinstall your server completely before installing that mod pack?
